Udang Sauce Inggris
fried shrimps in special sauce

250 gr shrimp or prawns
1 lime, juice
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tbsp kecap asin
1 lime, juice

1/2 onion
3 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp worchester sauce / kecap inggris
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp saus tomat
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp mushroom stock
2 tbsp finer
100ml water
1/4 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
Clean the shrimp and remove the head. Rub the shrimp with the lime juice and let it rest for 10 minutes. Then rinse.
Then rub the shrimp with the kecap and the pepper and let it marinate for 10 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shrimp until they change color and set aside.
Cut the onion into thin strips and finely chop the garlic. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Then add the worchester sauce, the oyster sauce, the saus tomat and the kecap and mix well.
Then add the water and cook until the sauce thickens slightly. Then add the shrimp and mix well. Then add the stock and salt and cook until the sauce thickens. Then mix in the lime juice and serve.
