Bahan-bahan:

500g shallots or small onions
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsbp oil
500 ml of acetic
salt

bumbu:
2 tbsp onions, chopped
3 kemirie (candlenuts), dry fried
2 cm kunyit
2 cm jahe (ginger)

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the shallots in half and sprinkle with salt. Allow 2 hours in a sieve to drain. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Fry the paste in oil for 2 minutes and then add the vinegar. Let this boil and then let it cool. Pour the mixture over the dried shallots in a pot.
