spicy cucumber salad with cashew nuts

2 small cucumbers (200 gr)
2 red lomboks
3 cm jahe / ginger
1 carrot
50 gr cashew nuts, fried
3 tbsp palm sugar
1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
1/8 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
Clean the cucumbers but do not peel them. Cut the cucumber into 5 cm slices, deseed them and cut the slices into wedges. Deseed the lomboks and cut them into thin strips. Grate the jahe. Cut the carrot into thin slices.
Mix all ingredients well and let it rest for at least 4 hours.
