Nanas Masak Rempah
pineapple braised in spiced coconut milk
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
700 gr pineapple
3 salam leaf
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass
4 cm lengkuas / galangal / laos
3 star anise
5 cloves
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp palm sugar
300 ml thick coconut milk (kental, from 1 coconut)
4 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1/4 tsp jinten
1 tsp ketumbar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3 cm kunyit
2 kemiri/candlenuts
Cara membuat:

Cut the pineapple into quarters and then cut the pieces into pieces with a thickness of 1 cm. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
In a pan, heat the oil and fry the bumbu together with the salam, serai, star anise and cloves for 5 minutes.
Then add the coconut milk, the salt and the palm sugar and bring it to the boil while stirring. Then add the pineapple and continue cooking until done. Serve.
