Perkedel Misoa Udang
spiced misoa cookies/balls with shrimp
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
40 g misoa, soaked
100 gr shrimp
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp cornstarch
2 eggs
1 spring onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp ketumbar, toasted
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Finely chop the spring onion. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Finely chop the shrimp.
First mix the misoa, shrimp, flour, cornflour and bumbu well. Then add the eggs and the spring onion and mix well. Then divide it into 9 portions.
Heat enough oil in a pan and fry each portion until golden brown and done. Serve.
