spiced potato biscuits / balls
400 gr potato
1 spring onion
3 tbsp bawang goreng
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the potatoes until brown and done. Puree the potatoes afterwards.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Slice the spring onion. Split the egg. Then mix the bumbu, the spring onion and the egg yolk with the mashed potatoes.
Take 2 tbsp of the mass and form flat round balls. Roll the balles through the egg white.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the perkedel until brown. Serve.
