Peranakan shrimp and chicken cake

250 gr of shrimp
250 gr chicken fillet
2 tablespoons of pork fat
75 tapioca flower
175 gr of flour
3 eggs
50 ml of water
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
Banana leaf

Cara Membuat:
Chop the prawns, the chicken and the garlic finely. Mix all ingredients into a smooth mass. Put the mass on banana leaf and form a roll. Close the ends with biteng.
Steam the kekian for 25 minutes until done and then cut the roll into 1.5-2 cm slices. Heat in a pan oil and fry the slices golden brown.
