Kekian Udang
fried shrimp balls
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
250 grams of shrimp
100 g of tapioca flour
75 gr of flour
50 ml of water
1 egg
oil
Haluskan:
Bumbu:
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 teaspoon of palm sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Cara Membuat:
preparation.
Mince the shrimps. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix the bumbu with shrimps, tapioca, flour, water and egg and form a batter. Take 2 tablespoons / small sauce laddle of batter and form a ball.
Heat in a pan of sufficient oil and deep fry the kekian golden brown.
