Lobak Sambal Cuka
spicy lobak/rettich relish

6 lobaks or 1 rettich
3 shallots
3 red lomboks (large chilies)
3 tsp palmsugar
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp vinager

Cara membuat:
Clean the lobaks and cut them into thin pieces. Cut the shallots and the lombaks fine and mix them with the salt, the sugar and the vinager. Mix this mixture with the lobaks and let it rest for at least 2 hours before serving.
