fried beef coconut milk
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr beef
5 shallots
1 tbsp tamarind (asem)
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp uncooked rice
250 ml thick coconut milk (santen asli)
3 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 cm ginger
1 tbsp coriander seeds (ketumbar)
1/2 tsp cumin (jinten)
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 cm kunyit (kurkuma/galangal)
salt to taste
1/4 tsp mace
4 cloves
Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Mix the water with the tamarind and rub the meat in with it. Pount the ingredients for the bumbu into a pasta. Slice the shallots thinly. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the meat brown. Then add the bumbu, the shallots and the rice and fry it for another 3 minutes. Then add the coconut milk and cook it slowly until its done and the fluid have evaporated.
