spicy fried beef in creamy sauce

300g beef
3 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
2 lemongrass
3 red chilies
1 tsp salt
2 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp asemwater
500 ml santen
1 eat oil
4 shallots
4 cloves garlic
1 cm galangal
2 cm kunyit
1 tsp ketumbar
1/2 tsp jinten
3 candlenuts
1/2 tsp trasi/shrimp paste
Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into flat pieces and the chilies in slanting rings. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with lemongrass and jeruk purut for 4 minutes. Add the chilies and fry for 2 minutes. Add the meat and fry it brown. Then add the salt, the palm sugar and asemwater and mix well. Add the santen and let it simmer slowly until the meat is tender and the sauce has thickened.
