Lidah Sapi Saus Tomat
ox tongue in tomato sauce

1 tongue (ox)
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp nutmeg
3 tbsp tomato sauce / ketchup
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:

Heat in a pan the water and add the tongue and cook it until soft. Remove the skin and cut it into thin slices. Slice the garlic fine.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic for 1 minute. Add the tongue and the pepper, thenutmeg and the salt and fry itmuntil the tongue becomes dry. Add the tomato sauce and 250 ml water and let it simmer slowly for 15 minutes.
