stewed beef tongue with green peppers

500 gr beef tongue
1/2 onion
2 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
4 green lomboks
1 tbsp oyster sauce
4 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Heat in a pan the water together with the tongue and boil it until tender. Drain and remove the skin. Then cut the tongue into thin slices. Thinly slice the onion, shallots and garlic. Cut the lomboks into diagonal rings.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion, shallots and garlic for 2 minutes. Then add the tongue slices, the oyster sauce, the kecap, the salt and the palm sugar and mix well. Then add the lomboks and cook until done. Serve.
