stewed beef in a sweet kecap sauce
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1000 gr beef
2 tsp asem (tamarind)
2 onions
4 cloves garlic
5 cm jahe (ginger)
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp palmsugar
1 tbsp molasse
2 tbps kecap manis
1/2 tsp pepper
200 ml water
4 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:

Cut the meat into pieces, th onion and garlic fine and grate the jahe. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the onions for 3 minutes. Add the garlic, the jahe, the pepper and the salt and fry it for 3 minutes. Then add the meat and fry it brown. Add the palmsugar,the kecap, the molasse, the asem, the nutmeg and the water and let it simmer slowly until the meat is done and the sauce has thickened.
