beef liver in dark sauce with soun
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr bovine liver
2 salam leaves
2 cm jahe
50 gr soun/glass noodles
water
4 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp kecap asin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Heat in a pan water together with the liver, the salam and the jahe and cook the liver until done. Cut the liver into pieces and set aside. Soak the soun in water and then cut into pieces.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the liver and mix well. Then add the kecaps, pepper, salt and nutmeg and mix well. Then add bit by bit 700 ml of water and cook it gently until the sauce is thickened. Then add the soun and simmer slowly for 1 minute.
