slices of beef with serundeng


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 grams of beef
1 tbsp palm sugar
1 tsp salt
500ml water
oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
7 cloves of garlic
1 tsp ketumbar

Bahan serundeng:
serundeng ingredients:
1/2 coconut, grated lengthwise
100 g lengkuas/laos/galangal, grated
3 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp palm sugar
3 salam leaves
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into slices of 1 cm thickness and flatten them. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 5 minutes. Then add the water and bring to the boil. Then add the meat, palm sugar and salt and cook until the liquid has been absorbed.
Heat oil in a pan and then fry the meat until brown and set aside.
Roast the coconut, galangal, shallots and garlic until golden brown. Then pound or grind it finely/coarsely. Heat the oil in a pan and then fry it together with the palm sugar, salt and salam until it has turned dark brown. Then mix in the meat and serve.
