1 salam leaf
1250 ml water
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp palmsugar
1 teaspoon asem and 1 tablespoon water
3 tbsp oil

Bumbu:
4 red lomboks
3 red rawits
5 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
2 candle nuts, toasted
1/2 tsp trasi
3 cm galangal

Cut the meat into pieces (2x2cm) Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu with salam for 3 minutes. Then add the meat and fry it brown. Then add the water, salt, palm sugar and the asem water and let it simmer slowly until the meat is cooked.
