seasoned stewed beef with cassava

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr beef (breast)
300 gr cassava
750ml water
2 salam leaf

Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 kemiri nuts
2 cm kunyit
2 cm kencur
1 tbsp grated coconut, toasted
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp terasi/trasi
9 cloves of garlic
5 cm lengkuas/laos
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Peel the cassava and cut it into cubes. Cut the meat into cubes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the water in a pan and bring to a boil. Add the meat and cook it tender. Then add the bumbu, salam and cassava and continue cooking until done. serve.
