spiced beef from Kalimantan

500 gr of beef
600 ml of water
2 tbsp asam water
2 tbsp oil

6 red lomboks
4 cloves of garlic
3 cm of kencur
3 cm kunyit
2 tsp ketumbar
1/2 tsp terasi / trasi
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
Heat in a pan the water together with the meat and cook it almost done. Scoop out of the pan and cut the meat into small pieces. Then add it to the stock again.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the lomboks into rings. Add the bumbu to the stock and bring to the boil. Then add the oil, the asam water and the lomboks and cook until done.
