Tumis Kikil Bumbu Rawit

350 gr kikil / cow trotter
12 red rawits
12 green rawits
1 spring onion
200 ml of water
3 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp palm sugar
3 tbsp oil

6 shallots
6 cloves of garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt

Cara membuat:
Heat the water in a pan and boil the kikil until tender / soft. Then cut it into pieces and set aside. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the rawits and spring onion into small pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 5 minutes. Then add the rawits and spring onion and cook it until soft/wilted. Then add the water, the kecap and the palm sugar and mix well. Then add the kikil and cook it until the moisture has almost evaporated. Serve.
