Tumis Hati Kacang Merah Pedas
Spicy stew of liver with red beans
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
300 gr bovine liver
5 red lomboks
2 sereh / lemongrass, white portion
2 cm jahe
400 ml santen cair
6 cloves of garlic
2 cm laos
5 shallots
100g aduki beans (red beans, or kidney beans)
7 peteh beans
2 salam leaves
3 jeruk purut
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of palm sugar
2 tablespoons of oil
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the liver into pieces, the lomboks, the garlic and shallots fine and halve the peteh beans. Grate the laos and jahe.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the shallots, garlic, chilies, the lemongrass, the salam, the laos, the jahe and jeruk purut for 4 minutes. Add the liver, beans and peteh and mix well. Add the santen and bring to a boil. Mix in the salt and palm sugar and cook it slowly until done.
