Daging Bumbu Manis
beef in a dark sweet sauce

500 gr beef
1/2 coconut, grated and roasted
8 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp asam water
250 ml of water
3 tbsp oil

7 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks
1 tbsp ketumbar
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp jinten
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into cubes of 3 cm. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix the meat with the bumbu, the coconut, the asam water and the kecap and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan and add the meat with the marinade and fry until it changes colour. Then add the water and cook until the meat is done and the sauce thickens. Serve.
