Daging Bumbu Kuning
stewed beef beef with beans

400 gr of beef
150 gr green beans
2 salam leaf
4 jeruk purut leaves
2 serai / sereh / lemongrass
1300 ml coconut milk (from 1 coconut)
3 tbsp oil

6 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
3 cm kunyit
3 kemiri nuts
1 tbsp ketumbar
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into thin slices. Cut the beans into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the salam, the jeruk purut and the serai for 5 minutes. Then add the meat and fry until it changes colour.
Then add the coconut milk and roast the meat almost done. Then add the beans and cook until done. Serve.
