Daging belaser
spicy beef stewed in coconut milk


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
2000 gr beef
2 salam leaves
1 lemongrass
2000 ml santen

Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 red lomboks
7 cloves garlic
2 cm kunyit
5 kemiri
7 cm jahe
2 shallots
2 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix the meat with the bumbu and let it rest for at least 1 hour..
Heat in a pan the coconut together with the salam and lemongrass. Then add the meat with the bumbu and let it simmer until the meat is cooked and the sauce has thickened.
