Daging Bumbu Dendeng
beef with coriander


Bahan-bahan:

500 gr beef
1 tsp pepper
4 tbsp oil

Bahan-bahan marinade:
ingredients marinade:
4 cloves garlic
3 cm laos (galangal)
1 tbsp gula java (palmsugar)
1 tbsp arachide oil
1 tbsp ketumbar (coriander seeds)

Bahan-bahan saus:
ingredients sauce:
1 tbsp kecap asin
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp sambal ulek (see recipe)
1/2 lemon (juice)
1 tbsp asem (tamarind)

Cara membuat:
preparation/method:
Cut the meat into thin slices. Grate the laos and slice the garlic fine. Mix all ingredient for the marinade and mix it with the meat and let it stand for 3 hours.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the meat briefly. Sprinkle the meat with the pepper and put it on a plate. Add the ingredients for the sauce into the cooking juices and cook it shortly. Pour the sauce over the meat and serve.
