Udang Taoco Cabai Hijau
shrimps in green pepper sauce

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300 grams of shrimp/prawns
4 tablespoons taoco
2 shallots
2 cm jahe
2 jeruk purut leaves
5 green lomboks
1 tomato
1 teaspoon kecap manis
100 ml of water
1 tablespoon of oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 cloves of garlic
2 cm laos
1 cm kunyit

Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Clean the shrimps. Cut the tomato and the shallots into thin slices and the lomboks in thin strips. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu, the shallots, the jahe, the jeruk purut, the tauco and the lomboks for 4 minutes. Add the shrimps and stir until shrimps change colour. Then add the tomato, the kecap and the water and cook slowly until done.
