Tumis Daging Suwir
stir fry of spicy seasoned pulled beef

400 gr shank
2 cm jahe
50 gr grated coconut
7 red rawits
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palmsugar
2 limes, juice
400 ml of water
2 tbsp oil

3 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
5 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
3 kemiri nuts, roasted
1 cm of kencur
1 cm kunyit, roasted
1/4 tsp terasi / trasi

Cara membuat:
Heat in a pan the water together with the jahe and the meat and cook the meat until tender. Then pull the meat apart and set aside.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Then add the coconut, the rawits and the meat and mix well.
Then mix in the salt and the palmsugar and cook until it is done. Then mix in the lime juice and serve.
