Tumis Daging Sauce Tiram
beef in oyster sauce

350 gr beef (shank)
2 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
2 red lomboks
2 green lomboks
2 tsp kecap manis
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
150 ml of water
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into thin slices. Slice the shallots and garlic. Seed the lomboks and cut into strips / rings.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots, the garlic and the lomboks for 3 minutes. Then add the meat and fry until the meat changes colour.
Then add the kecap, the oyster sauce, the pepper, the salt and the palm sugar and mix well. Then add the water and cook until done.
