Daging Manis Kuah Santan
stewed sweet beef in a sauce of coconut milk
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
400 gr beef (brisket)
6 shallots
2 salam leaf
2 cm lengkuas / laos
1 tomato
2 red lomboks
3 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palmsugar
1/2 tsp nutmeg
500 ml of water
1000 ml coconut milk (from 1 coconut)
2 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 cloves of garlic
3 kemiri nuts, roasted
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into slices of 1 cm thick. Cut the shallots, the lomboks into thin slices and the tomato into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients of the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the shallots, the salam, the laos and the lomboks for 6 minutes. Then add the meat and fry until it changes colour. Then add the tomato and fry until soft.
Then add the kecap, the salt, the palmsugar and the nutmeg and mix well. Then add the water and boil until the liquid is halved. Then add the coconut milk and cook until done.
