500 gr beef
500 ml of water
2 sereh (lemongrass)
1/4 coconut
1 tsp salt
1 tsp asam
3 tbsp oil

8 small red onions
5 cloves garlic
3 red lomboks
4 red keriting (long thin curly peppers)
2 red rawits
1 tsp peppercorns
1 tsp ketumbar, roasted
3 cm kunyit, roasted

Cara membuat:
Grate the coconut and roast it in a pan. Grind it fine. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the meat into small pieces.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu with lemongrass for 3 minutes. Then add the meat and fry until brown. Then add the water and simmer gently for 30 minutes. Then add the coconut, the salt and add the asam and let it simmer until the meat is tender.
