stewed seasoned beef with potatoes

250 gr of beef
200 gr potatoes
150 gr of grated coconut
350 ml of coconut milk
2 tbsp asam water
2 tbsp oil

4 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp anise seed
1/8 tsp jinten
2 cm jahe
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ketumbar
2 cm laos
2 cm kunyit

2 tbsp bawang goreng
1 red lombok, finely chopped

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat and the potatoes into cubes. Roast the grated coconut in a pan and then pound or grind it fine. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes. Then add the meat and fry until it changes color.
Then add the coconut milk and the potato and cook until done. Then mix in the grated coconut and asam water and cook for 1 minute. Sprinkle the bawang goreng and the lombok on top.
