Cah Seledri Daging
stir-fry of beef with caisim/choisam
Bahan-bahan:
250 gr steak / tenderloin
100 gr caisim/choisam/bok choy
1 tbsp cornflour
150ml water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 egg white, beaten
oil
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into 4x4cm slices and 3mm thick. In a pan, combine the water with the salt, pepper, cornstarch and meat and cook over high heat, while stirring, until the liquid is absorbed.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat until golden brown. Remove the meat from the pan and let it drain. Leave 1 tbsp oil in the pan.
Heat the pan again and add the meat and egg white and fry, while stirring until the egg white is set. Then add the caisim and fry until done. Serve.
