roasted ribs with kecap

1500 gr beef ribs
7 cloves of garlic
2 shallots
4 cm jahe
2 tbsp kecap manis
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp nutmeg
1500 ml of water
6 tbsp butter

Cara membuat:
Cut the spareribs into pieces. Finely chop the garlic, the shallots and the jahe. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the garlic, shallots and jahe for 4 minutes. Then add the meat and cook until the meat changes color. Then add the kecap, honey, oyster sauce, salt, pepper and nutmeg and mix well. Then add the water slowly and cook until done. Roast or fry the meat over a charcoal fire brown and bask it regularly with the sauce.
