Daging Tumis Bumbu Tomat
beef in a red sauce

500 gr of beef
1 salam leaf
1 cm jahe
2 jeruk purut leaves
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
300 ml of coconut milk
1 tbsp oil

2 red rawits
2 red lomboks
2 green cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
2 tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu with the salam, the jahe and the jeruk purut for 3 minutes. Then add the meat and cook until it changes color. Then add the coconut milk, salt and palm sugar and cook the meat until tender.
