Daging Tumis Kacang Mede
fried beef with cashew nuts

350 gr of beef
75 gr cashew nuts
4 cloves of garlic
1 cm jahe
2 red lomboks
2 red rawits
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp kecap manis
200 ml of water
1 tsp sesame seeds, roasted
1 spring onion
1 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into slices. Finely chop the garlic and grate the jahe. Chop the lomboks and the rawits coarsely. Cut the spring onion into slanting slices. Chop the cashew nuts into pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic and the jahe for 2 minutes. Then add the meat and cook until it changes color. Then add the lomboks and the rawits and fry until soft.
Then add the salt, the pepper, the palmsugar, the kecap and the water and cook the meat until done.
Then mix in the sesame, cashew and spring onion and serve.
