Daging Tumis Bumbu Gurih
fried beef fillet with stir fried vegetables

350g beef fillet
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp kecap asin
2 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
150 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
2 tbsp oil
Bahan-bahan tumisan sayur:
2 cloves garlic
100g carrots
100g bean sprouts
1/4 tsp salt
1 spring
1/2 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into thin strips and sliced garlic and onion. Cut the carrots julienne and chop the garlic. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the meat and cook until the meat changes color. Add the kecaps, salt and pepper, followed by the broth and cook until the sauce has thickened.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic for 1 minute. Add the carrot and fry gently. Add the bean sprouts, salt and onion and cook until tender.
Serve the meat with the vegetables together.
