sate of tenderloin with peanuts

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr tenderloin
8 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp oil
satay sticks

Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 tbsp fried peanuts
3 red lomboks
4 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp ketumbar, toasted
1 tsp jinten, toasted
1 tbsp asam water
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix the bumbu with the kecap and the oil and marinate the meat for at least 60 minutes.
Thread the meat on the sticks and roast it slowly over a charcoal fire until brown and done.
