Sate Hati Bumbu Gulai
spicy satay from beef liver

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300g beef liver
1 clove
1cm cinnamon
1 lemongrass stalk
1 kunyit
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
1 tbsp asemwater
400 ml santen cair
2 tablespoons oil
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
3 cloves garlic
1cm kunyit
1/2 tsp ketumbar
1/2 tsp jinten
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the liver into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste along with the cloves, cinnamon, lemon grass, the kunyitblad for 3 minutes. Then add the meat with the salt and palm sugar and fry it for 2 minutes. Add the santen and cook until tender. Then mix in the asemwater.
Thread the meat on the skewers and grill them slowly over a charcoal fire Brown, while sprinkled with the sauce.
