Rendang Bakso Sapi

5 jeruk purut leaves
1/2 tbsp salt
2 tsp palm sugar
400 ml coconut milk
250 ml water
asam water (1/2 tablespoon of asam dissolved in 3 tablespoons of water
3 tbsp oil

Bahan Bakso:
ingredients balls:
750 gr beef minced meat
100 gr tapioca flour
100 gr ice cubes, crushed
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar

3 shallots
6 cloves of garlic
5 red lomboks, seeded
9 dried red chilies, seeded
3 cm laos
2 sereh / lemongrass, white portion
3 cm jahe
5 cm kunyit

Cara Membuat:
Mix the ingredients for the bakso well together and form balls of 1 tablespoon of the mixture. Heat in a pan of water and add the balls, when the balls start to float they are done. Sppon out of the pan and set aside.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the jeruk purut for 4 minutes. Add the salt and palm sugar and mix. Then add coconut milk and water and mix well and simmer gently until the sauce is halved. Then add the bakso and the asamwater and simmer slowly until the liquid has nearly evaporated.
