spicy steamed oyster mushrooms
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300 gr oyster mushrooms
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
banana leaf
3 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
6 red lomboks
4 red rawits
1 spring onion
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pull the oyster mushrooms apart or cut them into thin strips. Finely chop the ingredients for the bumbu.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes. Then mix in the oyster mushrooms, the palm sugar and the salt.
Then divide it into 4 portions and wrap each portion in banana leaf. Steam the portions for 30 minutes. Then roast the parcels dry over a charcoal fire and serve
