Rettich soup

1 small rettich
1 clove garlic
2 cm jahe
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp kecap manis
¼ tsp palmsugar
800 ml water
2 tbsp oil

250 gr cooked chicken
4 pieces tempe goring
1 stalk celery
1 onion
2 tomatoes

Cara membuat:
Cut the rettich into matchsticks. Chop the garlic and the jahe fine. Shred the chicken en cut the celery and the onion into thin strips and the tomatoes into parts. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic and the jahe for 2 minutes. Add the nutmeg, the cinnamon, the palmsugar and the kecap and then the water. Bring it to boil and add the rettich and let it boil shortly until the rettich is cooked.
Put the chicken, the tempe, the celery, the onion and the tomatoes in bowl and ladle the soup on top and serve.
