satay of pork from Menado

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500g pork
2 tablespoons oil
3 tbsp kecap manis
skewers
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 cm jahe
2 shallots
5 red chilies
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into small cubes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix the paste with oil and kecap through the meat and let it stand for at least 1 hour. Thread the meat on the skewers and grill them slowly over a charcoal fire until golden brown and done.
