Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1 chicken
500 gr sugar cane
1 tsp of palm sugar
2 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
800 ml water

Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
4 cloves garlic
2 cm kencur/bitterroot

Cara Membuat:

Cut the chicken into 10 pieces and the sugar cane into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Marinate the chicken with the bumbu, salt, pepper, palm sugar and kecap for 90 minutes. Put the sugar cane in a pan and the chicken with the marinade on top and add the water. Then cook the chicken slowly until done. Serve the chicken with the sugar cane and the sauce.
