Rendang Bebek
dry stewed seasoned duck

500 g duck
1 tbsp lime juice
600 ml thick coconut milk (kental)
1 kunyit leaf
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass
2 asam kandis

5 red lomboks
3 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
2 cm kunyit
2 cm jahe
1 tbsp salt
5 cm lengkuas / laos / galangal

Cara membuat:
Cut the duck into 4 pieces and rub it in with the lime juice. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the coconut milk together with the duck, the bumbu, the serai, the asam kandis and the kunyit leaf in a pan and cook over medium heat until the moisture has evaporated and the oil has been released. Serve.
