5 jeruk perut leaves

1500 ml coconut milk
oil

bumbu:
7 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
2 cm kunyit
7 red lomboks
15 red rawits
6 cm jahe/ginger
5 cm laos/galangal

Cara membuat:
preparation
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Then cut the beef into cubes of approximately 4x4 cm.
Heat in a pan a very small amount of oil. Then add the coconut milk, the serai, the jeruk purut, the salt ande the bumbu and bring to the boil.
Then let it simmer until oil from the coconut milk is realised. Then add the ​​meat and let it simmer for 2.5 to 3 hours over a low heat until the coconut milk has evaporated and the meat is dark brown. Keep stirring regularly. If the meat is not yet fully cooked, add some coconut milk
