Semur Andilan Betawi

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr beef / buffalo (shank)
3 shallots
3 salam leaves
2 sereh / lemongrass
4 cm cinnamon
5 cloves, crushed
1/2 bunga pala / mace
5 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tomato
1 tsp nutmeg
1200 ml of water
2 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
5 kemiri/candlenuts
1/2 tbsp ketumbar
2 cm jahe
1/8 tsp jinten
Taburan:
garnish:
2 tbsp bawang goreng
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into cubes. Cut the shallots finely and the tomatoes into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu, the shallots, the salam, the sereh, the cinnamon, the cloves and the mace for 4 minutes. Add the meat and fry it until it changes color. Then add the kecap, salt, pepper and nutmeg and mix well. Then add the tomatoes and the water bit by bit and cook it slowly until done and until the sauce has thickened. Sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve.
