Beef in sweet kecap sauce

500 gr tenderloin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp vinegar
3 shallots
1 tbsp butter
4 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
750 ml water

Cara Membuat:
Cut the meat into thin slices and the shallots finely. Mix the meat with the salt, pepper and vinegar.
Heat in a pan the butter and fry the shallots for 3 minutes. Add the kecap, salt, pepper and water, mix well and bring to the boil. Then add the meat and mix. Slowly cook until the meat is done and the sauce has thickened.
