Meatballs with bread in spicy sauce

Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
250 gr beef minced meat
1 slice of bread soaked in 50 ml of water
1 egg
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg
oil

Bumbu Sauce:
Ingredients sauce:
2 shallots
1 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp nutmeg
250 ml of water
1 tbsp butter

Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Mix the meat with the bread, egg, salt, pepper and nutmeg and knead it into a homogeneous mixture. Shape the mixture into small flat balls. Heat in a pan sufficient oil and fry the balls until brown. Set aside.
Cut the shallots into thin slices. Heat in a pan the butter and fry the shallots for 3 minutes. Then add the kecap, water, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix well and bring to the boil. Then add the balls and cook slowly until done.
