Asem-Asem Daging
Beef in a light sour sauce
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
500 gr beef (shank)
2000 ml of water
4 tsp asamwater
50 gr of green beans
4 cloves of garlic
5 shallots
2 red lomboks
2 green gendot (habanero)
2 salam leaves
1 cm laos
4 green tomatoes
3 tbsp kecap manis
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp palm sugar
1 tbsp oil
Cara Membuat:

Cut the meat into thin slices. Cut the beans into pieces, the garlic into slices, the pepper into rings and the shallots finely. Cut the tomatoes into wedges.
Heat in a pan the water and cook the meat for 3/4 done. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic, shallots, peppers, salam, laos and tomatoes in a pan and fry for 4 minutes. Add it to the meat and bring to the boil.
Then add the kecap, salt and palm sugar and mix well. Then add the asam water and the beans and cook slowly until done.
