Sambal Goreng Paru Sapi Pedas
Spicy fried lung
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
400 gr bovine lung
2 salam leaves
2 cm jahe
1000 ml of water
2 red lomboks
2 green lomboks
2 salam leaves
1 cm laos
1 tsp palm sugar
10 peteh beans
350 ml santen asli
1 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp asamwater (tamarind)
2 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
Bumbu:
3 shallots
1 cm kunyit
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp trassi
5 red lomboks
2 kemiri/candlenuts
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Heat in a pan the water together with the lung, the salam and the jahe and cook the lung. Then cut the lung into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Grate de laos and cut the lomboks in rings. Halve the peteh beans.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the salam and laos for 4 minutes. Then add the lomboks and peteh and fry until soft. Then add the lung, salt, palm sugar and asam water and mix well.
Then add the santen and simmer it slowly until everything is cooked.
